As far back as I can remember, I have loved baking, learning from my mom and grandmother. Once my grandmother could no longer bake I humbly took over her holiday recipes and started to elevate them and create new desserts.
After having children I made the decision not to return to the corporate world but instead follow my love of baking. It is a great feeling to create delicious desserts for others and make them happy. It is important to me to follow procedures to avoid health risk so I became a certified food safety manager. My pastries are baked to order so they are fresh.
